WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT?
3 hours & 15 minutes in the Half Marathon race.
DO ALL RUNNERS RECEIVE A FINISHER MEDAL?
Yes! but only the half marathon participants receive free entry to the Rock Hall.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET THERE RACE DAY?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your race start, 45 mins- 1 hour if you need to pick up your packet still (Race day pick-up is only for out of area racers, please pick up your packet prior). Allow additional time for parking and walking over.
WHAT TIME DO THE RACES START?
Half Marathon & Relay: 7:00 AM
10K: 7:30 AM -Start outside Science Center
5K: 7:45 AM
WHAT ARE YOUR RACE WEEK/DAY TIPS?

Pickup race packet at a packet-pickup location (Race day reserved only for out of town participants)

Get your race day fit, fuel, and mind ready prior to race day!

Pick out your parking location https://parking.com/cleveland/ (note lots closest to Rock Hall fill up quickly) A lot of lots/garages are in walking distance.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your race start, Allow additional time for parking and walking over. Be early! Set extra alarms.

Wear your race bib on the front of your torso/chest (faster time reading, + reading for photos)

Review your start line, 5k & Half are in front of Rock Hall but the 10k start is in front of the Science Center (next door)

Review your race course prior to race day! Courses are heavily marked!

Get to your start line at least 10 minutes before race start! Get ready to ROCK

Enjoy the course! Be courteous of other runners on course! All the races come together on marginal, let the speedsters though!

Get post race snacks and enjoy the bands at the Rock Hall Plaza post race!

At 10 am you can head over to Nuevo for a post-race free beer with drink ticket on bib (21+)! + Post race party vibes!

WHAT IS HAPPENING AFTER THE RACE? ​
We will have booths, food, awards, and live bands on stage in the plaza after the race! At 10 am you can head to our post race party location at Nuevo located behind the The Rock Hall for a FREE post race beer + 20% off food (*Lunch at 11 am)! The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame opens at 10 am, all Half Marathon participants will receive a free ticket. All other racers may purchase a ticket here https://rockhall.com/ticketing/ there are ticket discounts for NEO Residents, First Responders, Military, and College Students !
ARE THERE REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS?
There are no refunds for the event. You may transfer your bib to a new participant if you can no longer make it or you can switch your race to virtual and run it on your own time. If you would like to switch races you can do so by logging into Athlinks on your registration (10k to 5k). If you are switching to a longer race you will pay the price change amount, no additional charge or fees for switching to a shorter distance. WILL THERE BE ENERGY GELS ON COURSE?
Yes, there will be 2 water stop station with energy gels. (Mile 3.7 and Mile 9)
WHEN IS PACKET PICK-UP?
PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PACKET PRIOR TO RACE DAY!
Packet pick up locations are TBD.
​You may pick up for friends, and other family members please have their confirmation email in case.
Swag will be mailed for all virtual participants after the live race.
IS THERE RACE MORNING REGISTRATION & PACKET PICK-UP?
Yes, we will have registration and packet pickup available 45 minutes before the start of your race.
We do advise to pick your packet up before race day as lines can get very long.
IS THERE A BUS SHUTTLE TO THE RELAY ZONES?
Yes, we will have a bus to take runners to and from the relay zones. The bus will be located in front of the Rock Hall, leaving about 6:40 am for Relay zone 1, then relay zone 2 will follow when the bus arrives back. If you miss the bus, you will be responsible for getting to your relay location.
I SEE CONSTRUCTION ON ROADS THAT THE COURSE IS ON IS THE ROUTE OK?
Yes, Marginal will still be under construction on race day but will have a lane available for all runners, then will open up to the full road. Please be aware there are some bumps where drains are. Carnegie is actively being paved an any updates/changes to the course will be emailed to Half Marathon/Relay racers. There are no additional changes

ARE DOGS AND STROLLERS ALLOWED?
Because of the number of people that will be gathering to watch and run the race, dogs are not permitted at this event.
Strollers are more than welcome, just be courteous of other runners.
IS THERE A BAG CHECK?
No there is not a bag check, you are responsible for your own stuff.
WHAT IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY ON COURSE?
Please call 9-1-1 for emergencies, such as medical emergency, fire, crime, or if the situation poses immediate threat to someone's safety of life.
